Where is the camp?

Biblia Centrum Alapítvány (Bible Centre), Dömös, Hungary

When is the camp? • First Week: Sunday 31st July – Saturday 6th August 2011
• Second Week: Saturday 6th – Saturday 13th August 2011
• Both Weeks: Sunday 31st July – Saturday 13th August 2011
What will happen?
  • Bible Teaching Programme – led by Roger Brind:
    • Week 1 - Lessons from the life of Abraham.
    • Week 2 - Lessons from Philemon and Jude.
  • Seminar Programme on Christian Life Issues, led by Mark Bartlett, Paul Thomas, Graham and Amaryllis Stock and Roger Brind.
  • Fellowship Programme - prayer, singing, reports, games etc.
  • Sports Programme - volleyball, soccer, table tennis, orienteering, badminton etc.
  • Visits and Trips:
    • Visits to Budapest for sightseeing, shopping, to ride on the childrens' railway and see the fireworks.
    • Climb the Ram Gorge and hike in the National Park.
    • Boat trip and visit to historic Ezstergom.
    • Visit to the National Folk Museum in Szentendre.
    • Visit Historic Visegrad and ride the Bobsleigh!
Who is it for? For young people and the young at heart who want to spend 1 or 2 weeks studying the Bible with fellow believers from all parts of Europe.

What will it cost?
  • For full board in the Bible Centre
    • 31st July - 13th August 2011: 55,000 (HUF)
    • 31st July - 6th August or 6th - 13th August 2011: 30,000 (HUF)
  • For camping options - you MUST bring tent and sleeping bags, full board provided
    • 31st July - 13th August 2011: 27,000 (HUF)
    • 31st July - 6th August or 6th - 13th August 2011: 15,000 (HUF)

(Please note: the costs of trips is not included in these prices.)

THERE IS A 5% REDUCTION FOR ALL WHO BOOK AND PAY 100% BY 31ST MAY 2011.

How do I book?
  1. Click here to download the application form.
  2. Fill in the application form and email to Roger Brind - roger@philadelphia-trust.org.
  3. When place is confirmed:
  4. Send 5% non-returnable deposit immediately to country co-ordinator who will confirm your place is booked.
  5. Send a further 20% non-returnable deposit by 31st March 2011 to country co-ordinator.
  6. Fill in Registration Form on website immediately once your country co-ordinator gives you the website link.

What are the aims of the camp?
  • Study the Bible together – see above for topics.
  • Seminars - see above for details.
  • To be a witness in the local area to the Greatness of God.
  • To encourage each other in the things of God.
  • To develop English language skills for those people who have learned it as second (or third!) language.
Applications will be treated on a first come, first served basis and accomodation will be allocated on receipt of 20% deposit.
